Despite ever better hygienic programs, feed formulas and vaccination campaigns there are constantly “new” diseases in intensive pig production, which impair on the profitability of the individual lines.
Since several years increased problems with circoviruses were detected in piglet production and in the upbringing of piglets. These viruses can be found in nearly all populations and cause under increased pressure on the immune system the following disease symptoms: arrest of growth, stunted growth and additional infections with bacteria (diarrhea) (source: intern. literature).

Supplementary feeding of VCW® CLINOTOMEEN® PIG during the last third of the gestation of the sow from experience leads to a significant improvement of the body’s defenses of the piglets.

The characteristic of VCW® CLINOTOMEEN® to bind ammonium ions reduces the smell pollution in the barn and in the liquid manure. When spreading the liquid manure on the fields VCW® CLINOTOMEEN® further acts as nitrogen contributor and prolongator for fertilizer in the ground. Its high ion exchange capability, the high water retentivity and the proportion of potassium, calcium and magnesium make it an indispensable soil conditioner. Above-mentioned unusual characteristics of VCW® CLINOTOMEEN® make this material an exception for economy, environment and nature.

Contents of ingredients: 5.0% raw protein, 2.5% raw fiber, 7.0% raw fat,     52.0% raw ash, 0.26% lysine.

Formula: 19.5% linseed, 9.5% algae powder, 1% vegetable oil (wheat germ oil).

Additive: 400,000 mg/kg E551c diatomaceous earth cleaned. 300,000 mg/kg E567 clinoptilolite of volcanic origins.

Feeding advice: Due to the higher amounts of clinoptilolite only feed this feed supplement up to 60g per day and animal.

Feeding recommendation: pigs 15g/day, piglets 5g/day.
